Ocean gods are capricious, and the Wavemother is known for her pettiness and greed. The prudent sailor carries a suitable offering to assuage her during a storm: a coin, or fine gem that reflects the churning green depths of the sea. 

Pliny the Elder, in his Naturalis Historia, mentions that the ancient Romans prized carvings made from this precious stone. On rare occasions, impurities in fluorite crystals can emit light, providing a name for the phenomenon of fluorescence.

This set includes seven (7) dice in total: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, D100.

Gemstone dice are fragile and to ensure your set is fully protected, it is packaged in a specially-designed foam-lined box. Due to their fragile nature, we highly recommend that you roll them on a soft surface such as wool felt or a leather dice tray.
